– P.A. Properties, Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHPC), and Anabuki
Property Management Group have officially signed a strategic partnership to
enhance property management services for the Idesia projects with established
Homeowners Associations (HoAs). The signing ceremony marks a significant step
in improving community living standards through quality property management,
HoA management, and sustainable development.

Idesia
is the premier residential brand of P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin Inc., a joint venture company of P.A. Properties and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. of Osaka, Japan. It is designed to offer modern and well-planned housing communities
across the Philippines. With a focus on accessibility, sustainability, and
comfort, Idesia aims to redefine suburban living by providing residents with
thoughtfully designed homes and comprehensive amenities.

Atty.
Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, President and CEO of P.A. Properties, emphasized the
