VRIGroup Launches VRIAcademy, a Corporate Training Platform Inspired by Japanese Work Standards

VRIGroup Launches VRIAcademy, a Corporate Training Platform Inspired by Japanese Work Standards

Tim Editor, 29/01/2026

Singapore — VRIGroup, a technology and media company operating across Southeast Asia and Japan, today announced the launch of VRIAcademy, a corporate training platform designed to help companies and professionals develop practical, job-ready skills for today’s fast-changing workplace.

VRIAcademy was created in response to a common challenge faced by many organizations: essential work skills are often expected, but rarely trained in a structured and intentional way. Through VRIAcademy, VRIGroup introduces a Japanese-standard approach to professional development, focusing on logical thinking, task management, and execution quality.

“In Japan, employees are trained from day one to think clearly, structure their work, and execute tasks efficiently. These skills are not assumed — they are taught,” said the management of VRIGroup. “With VRIAcademy, we aim to bring this mindset and training culture to companies across Southeast Asia.”

As a corporate training platform, VRIAcademy delivers live, online, and interactive classes, led by experienced trainers and practitioners who have trained employees at major corporations in Japan. The programs are designed to be highly practical, enabling participants to apply what they learn directly to their daily work.

To mark its launch, VRIAcademy will open its first batch of classes in February, featuring a program on Logical Thinking & Task Management. The inaugural batch will be offered free of charge, allowing professionals and companies to experience the training approach and content firsthand.

The launch of VRIAcademy reflects VRIGroup’s broader commitment to talent development and human capital growth, particularly in cross-border and multicultural work environments.
