Trainocate Malaysia Launches AI Training Roadmap 2026, a 7-Level Framework to Close the Enterprise AI Skills Gap

Trainocate Malaysia Launches AI Training Roadmap 2026, a 7-Level Framework to Close the Enterprise AI Skills Gap

Trainocate Malaysia introduces a seven-level AI upskilling roadmap covering over 100 training hours, offering customizable, HRD Corp claimable training tailored to 17+ industries to help businesses build AI capabilities.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA — Trainocate Malaysia has announced the launch of its AI Training Roadmap 2026, a structured, seven-level enterprise upskilling framework designed to take organizations from foundational AI literacy to agentic AI deployment and governance. The program spans over 100 training hours and is customizable across 17+ industries, delivered by practitioners with hands-on enterprise AI experience.

The launch comes as global AI spending continues to grow. Gartner forecasts worldwide AI spending of US$2.59 trillion in 2026, a 47% increase over the previous year.

Yet widespread adoption has not consistently translated into enterprise-level financial results. McKinsey’s 2026 State of AI survey finds that 44% of respondents report their organizations are scaling AI across the enterprise, while 37% attribute at least some impact on earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) to AI use.

Trainocate’s roadmap is designed to help address this capability gap, supporting employees and leaders as they move from basic tool use to production-grade AI deployment and governance.

The roadmap’s seven levels serve different stakeholder groups, with each program tied to measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) rather than attendance alone:

1. AI Literacy: Foundational knowledge for all employees

2. AI Productivity: Applied skills for business users

3. AI for Developers: Machine learning and AI engineering for technical teams

4. AI for Automation: Workflow automation for technical and business teams

5. Agentic AI: Autonomous agents for enterprise-scale deployment

6. AI for Leaders: Strategic vision for executives and leaders

7. AI Ethics & Governance: Responsible AI for all stakeholders

“Organizations today are not short on AI enthusiasm; they are short on structured capability. The gap between experimenting with AI and running it safely and productively at scale is where most companies get stuck. This roadmap exists to close that gap, level by level, from the front line to the boardroom,” said Ruby Kaur, Managing Director of Trainocate Malaysia.

Programs are HRD Corp claimable and available as executive briefings, workshops, or intensive bootcamps, with full customization to an organization’s industry, tools, and strategic objectives.

Organizations interested in the AI Training Roadmap 2026 can book a complimentary 30-minute strategy consultation with Trainocate Malaysia.
