Jakarta, January 14, 2026 — RevComm Inc., a Japan-based provider of MiiTel, an AI voice analytics solution, has appointed Hargunadi Soemantri as Country Manager for RevComm Indonesia.

The appointment marks a significant milestone in RevComm Indonesia’s growth since the company entered the Indonesian market in 2021. The local operation was previously led by Yuiichiro Sasaki, Country Director and VP of Business Development at RevComm Indonesia.

“Since starting operations in Indonesia in 2021 and establishing our local entity, we have grown to a team of 40 employees, with over 400 companies adopting our services. It has been a proud journey to lead the zero-to-one establishment and guide the team through this growth. As RevComm Indonesia enters a new phase, we are excited for the next chapter of growth and expansion. I am truly honored to hand over the baton to Mr. Igun, who has an outstanding track record as a leader in the Indonesian IT industry. Under his leadership, I am confident that RevComm Indonesia will continue to thrive and reach new heights,” said Yuiichiro Sasaki.

Hargunadi Soemantri brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the IT industry. Before joining RevComm, he served as Country Manager at eCloudvalley Indonesia, where he played a key role in driving the company’s strategic growth through the development and implementation of innovative cloud solutions.

Throughout his career, Hargunadi Soemantri has also held roles at global technology companies, including Salesforce and Oracle. In these positions, he worked closely with cross-functional teams to support clients in adopting cloud platforms that aimed to improve efficiency, scalability, and business competitiveness.

“I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to join RevComm Indonesia as Country Manager. I believe Indonesia has significant potential to leverage AI technology to enhance productivity and improve the quality of business communication. In the future, we aim to position RevComm as a leading AI voice analytics solution provider in Indonesia, enabling companies to communicate more effectively. Through AI technology, conversational data, and long-term partnerships, we are committed to helping companies in Indonesia continuously improve their performance,” said Hargunadi Soemantri.

In line with this leadership transition, RevComm Indonesia will continue to expand the adoption of MiiTel across industries in Indonesia and support the company’s mission of “Reinventing communication to create a society where people think of others,” while contributing to improved productivity and higher standards of business communication.
