Boracay Island, Philippines – August 2025 – Gyukatsu Boracay, the island’s top-rated Japanese restaurant known for its bold take on traditional flavors, proudly introduces its newest menu highlight: Wagyu Hamburg Omurice — a dish that fuses sizzle, comfort, and indulgence into one unforgettable dining experience.

Set on a mini-grill that lets you choose your preferred doneness, the 150g premium A5 Wagyu patty arrives sizzling hot, paired with rich demi-glace omurice that melts in your mouth. It’s the perfect harmony of Japanese-Western comfort food made premium, all for just ₱988 — complete with unli soup, unli plain rice, and 1 free scoop of ice cream.

“Aside from our signature Japanese Beef Cutlet (Gyukatsu), Wagyu Cubes, and A5 Kagoshima Wagyu, we wanted to bring something hearty, new, and deeply satisfying,” said Kevin Tan, Owner and CEO of Gyukatsu Boracay. “The A5 Wagyu Hamburg Omurice is our tribute to both comfort food and Japanese craftsmanship—with a Boracay twist.”

What’s Included in the ₱988 Set:

– 150g Wagyu Hamburg (grilled to your liking)

– Creamy Omurice with demi-glace

– 1 Free Ice Cream

–  Unlimited Soup and Plain Rice

From day one, Gyukatsu Boracay has redefined the Japanese dining experience on the island—focusing on quality, authenticity, and customer delight. With the launch of Wagyu Hamburg Omurice, the restaurant continues to push boundaries while staying true to its roots: Japanese flavors, Filipino hospitality, and generous portions that keep guests coming back.

“We crafted this for guests who want the warmth of comfort food but with the richness and flavor only Wagyu can offer,” added Claudie Gica, our General Manager at Gyukatsu Boracay. “It’s a crowd-pleaser that satisfies both the eyes and the palate.”

Available starting September 1, 2025, the Wagyu Hamburg Omurice is exclusively offered for dine-in at Gyukatsu Boracay.
