Case Valker Opens Third Physical Store at Sunsuria Forum Mall

Case Valker Opens Third Physical Store at Sunsuria Forum Mall

Tim Editor, 15/07/2026

Following the successful openings of its stores at Aurora Place and Sunway Square, the company officially opened its newest outlet at Sunsuria Forum Mall on 20 May, marking another important milestone in the company’s growth journey.

For years, Case Valker has been known as a digital-first luggage brand, serving thousands of Malaysian travellers through online platforms.

Starting with marketplaces such as Shopee before expanding to TikTok Shop and its official website, the brand focused on making quality luggage more accessible to consumers nationwide.

As customer demand continued to grow, another trend became increasingly clear.

Many customers wanted to experience the products physically before purchasing.

Unlike fashion or small accessories, luggage is a product that people often want to touch, test and compare. Customers want to feel the strength of the material, roll the wheels across the floor, check the telescopic handle and understand how the compartments are organised.

This growing demand led Case Valker to begin expanding into physical retail.

The opening received encouraging support from shoppers, reflecting increasing confidence in the Case Valker brand and highlighting how customers now appreciate having both online convenience and offline shopping experiences.

The new outlet also gives customers the opportunity to experience the EVE2 FrontFlip™ luggage in person, allowing them to understand how the innovative front-opening system works before making a purchase.

For Case Valker, this expansion represents more than simply opening another store.

It represents the next chapter of becoming an omnichannel luggage brand, combining digital convenience with physical customer experience.
