Cabanatuan City, Philippines — November 22, 2025 — Apeiron, a leading firm specializing in accounting compliance, legal services, and strategic advisory, proudly announced that its Co-Founder, Atty. Jerwin Dave V. Patacsil, CPA, MBA, served as guest speaker at the JPAMA Tutorial Session organized by the Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants (JPAMA) – Wesleyan University Philippines, in collaboration with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) Philippines Chapter.

The tutorial session, “Transfer Tax, Estate Tax, and the Concept of Succession,” held on November 22, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, brought together accounting students and aspiring professionals eager to deepen their understanding of taxation and succession laws shaping the Philippine financial landscape.

Atty. Patacsil, recognized for his expertise in taxation, corporate law, government compliance, and regulatory practice—delivered a comprehensive, practice-driven lecture on the fundamentals of transfer taxation, estate tax administration, and succession under Philippine law. His discussion emphasized statutory obligations, practical case applications, and recurring challenges encountered in both academic and corporate contexts.

Prior to co-founding Apeiron and JDP Law, Atty. Patacsil served as a Revenue Officer at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and later as Chief Compliance Officer at Century Peak Holdings. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation that continues to shape his approach to public education, mentorship, and strategic advisory.

“Understanding transfer and estate taxation is critical not only for regulatory compliance but also for effective estate planning and long-term financial stewardship. Initiatives like this empower future professionals with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions,” shared Atty. Patacsil.

JPAMA highlighted that its collaboration with IMA Philippines and Apeiron reflects a shared mission to elevate professional competence and promote continuous learning in management accounting. This engagement underscores Apeiron’s broader thought leadership efforts to support academic institutions and professional communities through meaningful, knowledge-driven programs that cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.

Beyond knowledge-sharing initiatives, Apeiron delivers a full suite of integrated services, including accounting and tax compliance, business registration and regulatory support, legal advisory and corporate structuring, reporting and audit assistance, staff outsourcing, payroll and HR solutions, and strategic and fractional CFO services. These offerings are designed to help organizations navigate today’s evolving regulatory, financial, and operational landscapes with confidence and clarity.
