prestigious Pag-IBIG STAR Awards. The award was presented during the 2026
Pag-IBIG Housing Fair – South Luzon, held at the Jose Rizal Coliseum,  where leading developers gathered to showcase
a wide range of housing opportunities for Filipino families.

This milestone highlights P.A. Properties’ commitment to
building quality homes and developing sustainable communities that respond to
the evolving needs of Filipino homeowners. It further reinforces the company’s
mission to make homeownership more accessible through dependable and affordable
housing solutions.

The Pag-IBIG Housing Fair in Laguna drew thousands of

also featured learning sessions on Pag-IBIG Acquired Assets bidding and access
to various housing services.

The South Luzon leg marks the second in a series of nationwide
housing fairs organized by Pag-IBIG Fund, aimed at bringing housing
opportunities closer to communities across the country.
