\nLumpur, Malaysia (26 March 2026) –<\/b>\u00a0HELP University has announced a strategic partnership with Good Mood, a
\ntechnology-driven digital mental health group based in China, to strengthen
\nmental health education and advance the professional development of
\npractitioners across the region.<\/p>\n
The
\ncollaboration will focus on cultivating the next generation of mental health
\nprofessionals through academic programmes, professional counselling training,
\nskills development for psychological service providers, and international
\nacademic exchange.<\/p>\n
By
\ncombining HELP University\u2019s academic expertise in psychology and counselling
\nwith Good Mood\u2019s capabilities in digital mental health technologies and service
\nplatforms, the partnership aims to support the development of a more
\naccessible, professional, and sustainable mental health ecosystem across Asia.<\/p>\n
Good
\nMood currently operates one of the largest integrated digital mental health
\nplatforms in China with a
\nnetwork of approximately 70,000 psychiatrists and neurologists and over 13
\nmillion registered users as of 2025.The
\nplatform also has facilitated more than 3 million online annual service visits,
\nreflecting both the scale of demand and the growing role of digital solutions
\nin mental healthcare delivery.<\/p>\n
Good
\nMood has seen rapid growth in recent years, alongside improvements in patient
\naccess and satisfaction.<\/p>\n
The
\ncollaboration is further supported by Good Mood\u2019s wider network of industry
\nstakeholders, including organisations such as ByteDance, Bank of China, JD.com,
\nand ZTE, among others.<\/p>\n
Professor
\nDatuk Dr Paul Chan, Chancellor of HELP University, said the collaboration is an
\nimportant step in strengthening the global ecosystem for mental health
\neducation and technology-enabled healthcare innovation. He noted that mental
\nhealth is one of the defining challenges of our time and emphasised that
\neducation must serve humanity by strengthening both intellectual capability and

\ntechnological innovation to develop new models of education, professional
\ntraining, and AI-supported mental health services, while expanding training
